Day Forty Five/Forty Six/Forty Seven

Hello one and all!

So it has been a while since I've posted last, and I'm super duper sorry! But I've been super duper busy! And I want to do a good long post about Belfast this past weekend but I don't really want to do it right now. I was going to spend tonight in the National Library but decided against it because I have so much other stuff to do.

But I AM doing research and working on my paper! That is one of the reasons why I don't want to spend my whole evening writing a blog post. I have a couple of things due soon for my internship credit that I am taking and I'm working on my long speech paper as well.
Yes, procrastinating is still happening (as it should, I AM in Ireland) but it's getting better.

Don't believe that I'm actually doing work while here?!? Then look at this!

PROOF that I have been doing some research. This is me in the National Library (getting distracted of course). I found some pretty cool sources that are going to help me with my paper, and it's stuff that I wouldn't be able to get in the states, so that's even better.

So after a while of researching, I was getting bored and they don't have internet access in the library so I was messing around on my computer. And I remembered that I could take pictures on my computer so I did! And then I realized that you aren't allowed to take pictures in the National Library, so I snuck these! But I'm so glad I did because now you can kinda tell what the Reading Room looks like.

Eh, sorta. The room is huge and lined with bookcases and it has desks with reading lights and things to prop up your books. The ceiling is domed really high and it GORGEOUS. It is that light blue/green color everywhere with the white details behind my head all around. It's beautiful.
There is a bunch of stuff that I wish I could take pictures of! Boo. Good thing I'm sneaky and have snuck some good photos.

So Monday I went to the library, worked on paper stuff, yesterday I came home straight from work and got ready to go downtown for the night (which was SO much fun). Today I'm concentrating on paper stuff and getting a bunch of stuff done, and then tomorrow I am doing laundry and packing for Edinburgh and then we are leaving on Friday night! And will be gone until Monday night (bank holiday). Yay!

This trip to Edinburgh is our last weekend trip of the program :( I'm really sad, and I can't believe this adventure is almost over!
.......I wish I could spend some time and talk about things, but I REALLY need to go and work on homework. Plus we are getting our groceries delivered tonight and I want to be ready for them when they get here.

My goal is to have a post about Belfast before we leave, so (tentatively) expect that before Friday.

Until then!!

;)
